Common questions

My data disappeared after I signed in on a new device. What happened?
Erisai syncs through your Google Drive — make sure you signed in with the same Google account on both devices. If the right account is signed in but data still isn't showing, tap Settings → Backup & restore → Sync now. If that doesn't work, message us with your email so we can check.
How do I export my data?
Settings → Backup & restore → Export. You'll get a JSON file with all your transactions, accounts, categories, and budgets. You can use it to restore on another device, or just keep it as a backup.
How do I import data from a previous money tracking app?
Settings → Import. Erisai supports .mmbak files (SQLite-based money trackers) and .xlsx/.csv spreadsheets. Erisai automatically maps your accounts, categories, and transactions. You can undo the import within 30 days if anything looks wrong.
Erisai is showing data from another account. How do I switch?
Tap your profile in the top-right of Settings → Sign out. Then sign back in with the correct Google account. Erisai will load that account's data fresh from Drive.
How do I delete my account and all my data?
Settings → Backup & restore → Clear data → "Everything (including Drive)". This deletes all transaction data on this device, every snapshot in your Google Drive, and your Erisai account on our servers. Once done, signing in again starts you with a blank slate.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
WhatsApp or email is fastest. Include a screenshot if you can — and if Erisai showed an error report dialog, tap "Send report" and the technical details come straight to us.
Why doesn't Erisai ask for camera or location?
Erisai doesn't need them. We don't scan receipts, we don't track where you spend, and we don't connect to your bank. You enter transactions yourself — that's the whole design. See our Privacy Policy for the full details on what we collect and don't.
When will [iOS / Android / Apple Watch / etc.] be available?
Erisai is currently a web app you can install on any phone (Add to Home Screen). Native iOS and Android apps are in active development — message us to be notified when they're ready.
